Jeanette McVey
MOUNT PULASKI -- Jeanette McVey, 76, of
Mount Pulaski died at 6:45 p.m. Friday (Oct. 1, 2004) at
her home.
Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Thomas Aquinas
Catholic Church, Mount Pulaski, with Father Thomas Shaw
officiating.
Burial: Mount Pulaski Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mt. Pulaski. A
rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
Memorials: St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church,
Brother James Court in Riverton or Vonderlieth Living
Center Activity Fund.
Survivors: one son, Edward (Jill) McVey, Morris;
three daughters, Mary Eileen McVey, Charlotte, N.C.;
Patricia (Ron) Schaffenacker, Mount Pulaski; and Janet
McVey, Charlotte, N.C.; four brothers, Paul Cerar,
Sherman; Henry (Betty) Cerar, Texarkana, Texas; Bernie
(Monique) Cerar, Monmouth; and George (Rita) Cerar,
Athens; four sisters, Doris Staples and Barbara Kiel,
both of Taylorville; June (Victor) Strutz, Girard; and
Claudette Krupnick of New York; six grandchildren; and
one great-grandchild.
