Chiquita passed away on December 9, 2004 at Licking Memorial
 Hospital in Newark, Ohio.  Chiquita was born on July 1, 1929, in Lincoln, IL.,
the daughter of Benedict and Albertha (Applegate) Koller.  Mrs. Mueller 
was the last of her immediate family.  She was a charter member of the 
United Way planning committee.  She was a Social Action Chairperson 
of the Licking County Council of Churches and she was coordinator of F.I.S.H.  

She is survived by her husband, Forrest Mueller, originally of Mt. Pulaski, 
two daughters:  Denise Ray Mueller of Worthington, Ohio, and Marlena Kay 
(Rick) Betzler of Canal Winchester, Ohio.  She was preceded in death by
 her parents and two brothers.  

Forrest will be staying with his brother,
Richard and Rhoda Mueller of Mt. Pulaski.
