LINCOLN -- Alfred Walter Maxheimer, 77, of Lincoln died at 10:40 a.m. Friday (Dec. 24, 2004) at Springfield Memorial Medical Center.

Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln, the Rev. David Russell offciating.

Burial: Mount Pulaski Cemetery, Mount Pulaski.

Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials: Chestnut Fire and Rescue or a charity of the donor's choice.

Survivors: wife, Maxine Maxheimer, Lincoln; one son, Dale (Betty) Maxheimer, Chestnut; three daughters, Linda Ryan, Tallula; Shirley Brittin, Spring Hill, Tenn.; and Teresa (Craig) Strampp, Lincoln; three sisters, D. Lourine Howe, Mount Pulaski; Emogene (Patrick) O'Brien, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Evelyn (Louis) Stengel, Petersburg; two brothers, Earl (Delores) Maxheimer, Mount Pulaski, and Franklin (Marianne) Maxheimer, Washington; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
