Sophia M. Walsh
MOUNT PULASKI -- Sophia M. Walsh, 90, of
Mount Pulaski died at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday (July 28,
2004) at Vonderlieth Living Center, Mount Pulaski.
Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Aquinas
Catholic Church, Mount Pulaski, Father Thomas Shaw
officiating.
Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery, Lincoln.
Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski,
with a rosary service at 3:30 p.m. before the
visitation.
Memorials: Vonderlieth Living Center; St. Thomas
Aquinas Catholic Church; or Hospice of Central Illinois.
Survivors: one son, Patrick Walsh Sr., Mount Pulaski;
two daughters, Barbara (Ronald) Sather, McAlester,
Okla., and Rosemary (Richard) Christoph, Racine, Wis.;
two brothers, Ed (Betty) Hoffman, New Albany, Ind., and
Fred Hoffman, Floyd Knob, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and
11 great-grandchildren.
