Mount Pulaski Rotary Club
Scholarship Application

 

Every year, the Mount Pulaski Rotary Club awards up to four scholarships to Mt. Pulaski High School graduating seniors with plans to attend college.

Requirements:

1)  Student must be a 2010 graduating senior at Mount Pulaski High School.
2)  Student must exhibit acceptable character, acceptable grades, and have
     participated in high school extra-curricular activities and/or community service.
3)  Student plans to attend college.

Application must be completed and returned to the Guidance office by Friday, April 2, 2010.

Selection will be made by the Rotary Scholarship Committee and a presentation will be made at Honors Night.
