Roger Capps - great-great grandson of Mt. Pulaski tri-founder: Jabez Capps, speaking before Mt. Pulaski Rotary on Oct. 1, 2009. Roger reported that he has a very good Rotarian friend in his Portland Or. Rotary Club and frequently attends their meetings. Roger also mentioned that he and his wife and other local church members visit Mexico and Guatemala on carpentry trips two times each year.
