The City of Mt Pulaski is requesting your cooperation with the brush and yard waste collection program. If you would like the City to pickup yard waste please comply with the following:

1. Bring branches and other yard waste to the city boulevard. Please do not place the items in the street. If you need to move the items to mow, we ask that you put them back on the City Boulevard for pickup.
2. Place small items in a bag to assist with pickup. Twigs, yard clippings or other small items should be placed in a bag. We prefer biodegradable bags, however, we will accept other garbage bags. As a general rule, if the items are small enough that they require a yard rake to pickup, place them in a bag for pickup.
3. Do not place excessive amounts of yard waste in the boulevard for pickup. For example, if you have a tree cut down on your property that will fill the entire 2 ton dump truck, the City will not haul it away. You can take the debris to the sewage treatment plant on your own.

In recent years the City has expanded the brush and yard waste collection program to include all yard waste, not just limbs from City trees. In order to continue to offer this program, we would appreciate your consideration of the items listed above.
