Fans who did not receive the John Wooden Commemorative Poster following UCLA's game with Michigan State on Dec. 20, can do so by mailing a check or money order to the UCLA Athletic Department.

The cost of the poster is $10 and there is a limit of five per order. Please either write on the check or include a note specifying your are requesting the 'John Wooden Poster' and the amount you would like to purchase. Checks need to be made payable to UC Regents and sent to the following address:
